The marriage registration procedures for foreigners and Chinese compatriots from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao are as follows:
1.To determine all the appropriate regulations and procedures, the couple who wants to get married should go to Division of Foreign-Related Marriage Registration of the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau at No.8 Huanyanli, Chaoyang District ( 300 meters west of Chinese Nationalities Park). 2.Within 30 days, the application and necessary identification will be examined and a decision made as to completeness and permission will be granted or denied based on relevant regulations.
